Here is how the week will shape up to be.
Literacy: Students will receive their new words tomorrow. There will be NO math sheet to go along with it.
Math- Monday students will be assessed on money. They will be adding coins and bill amounts to $10.00, find the change and finding 'how much more' an item costs than another.
NO LIBRARY THIS WEEK- I will be collecting all the books on Wednesday so we have a 100% return for Monday's library circulation.
Tuesday- Shrove Tuesday- students will receive 2 pancakes each. Please send extra snacks so your child will not be hungry throughout the day.
Wednesday- Ash Wednesday- our ceremony will begin at 10:15 all are welcome. A special calendar will be going home for our school wide Lenten project. I will review it with the class. Please post it at home.
This week is supposed to be quite mild. Please send extra mitts and socks.
